In July 2013, the Beijing Higher People's Court ruled that Anhui Armstrong Building Materials Co., Ltd. infringed upon the trademark rights of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. and engaged in unfair competition by using the well-known registered trademark "Armstrong" and the word "Armstrong" on its ceiling materials.
