It is an environmentally friendly board material made from 100% natural high-quality wheat straw mixed with formaldehyde-free adhesive modified isocyanate (p-MDI) through continuous hot pressing.
1. Good seismic performance. Tests have shown that houses with a rib-plate structure system composed of this cold-bent thin-walled light steel keel and oriented structural straw board can withstand a magnitude 9 earthquake.
2. Fast construction cycle. A 100m2 single-story house only requires 10 workers to complete the installation of the structure and maintenance in 7 days.
3. Good durability. The main structure of the house uses high-strength galvanized aluminum zinc steel plate, which enhances the corrosion resistance and durability of the structure and meets the normal use requirements within the design base period.
4. High occupancy rate. The house walls are thin, which can increase the indoor usable area by 5%~10%, and can also be flexibly divided.
5. Energy-efficient and heat-preserving. The roof and walls use new energy-efficient and heat-preserving materials, meeting the requirements of national energy-saving standards and saving costs and energy consumption of equipment such as air conditioners. Research by Delft University of Technology on the Nofibor LGS+OSSB housing system shows that compared with traditional brick houses, Nofibor houses reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 2/3, reduce heating needs by 1/2, reduce cooling needs by 1/4, and improve total energy consumption by 1/3.
6. Low-carbon and environmentally friendly. The structural steel can be recycled, the straw board comes from the fields, and the entire construction process is dry construction, without water or cement, so it is also a low-carbon and environmentally friendly residence.
